i need appilcation for a houseing grant iam a 47 year old disabled black woman and iam alone and no one will help me it seem so hard to live in this world some times i want to end it i need help can any one help me i need finance i have been poor all my life never getting a head once i try some thing push me back i live off of 600.00 a month and house rent now is about 450.00 no money to eat, no lights, no water, no clothes please help me
